Project scope

the relocation of the vehicular entrance serving existing dwelling house. Planning permission is also being sought for the demolition of existing shed to rear of property, relocation of the rear boundary to increase the site size, construction of a single storey extension to rear of house with a new domestic garage and covered carport, alterations to existing house to include new & altered windows to the north, east and west elevations along with associated internal alterations of the layout of the existing house together with all associated site works
