Project scope

1. Material change of use from original barracks with residential element to : a) a cosmetic manufacturing facility and b) an associated retail shop, café with an external dining terrace & offices. 2. The erection of a new single story manufacturing facility in the rear yard. 3. The renovation of the existing building to include all necessary repairs to the original fabric. 4. The creation of a new ope in the existing front garden wall to provide for disabled access. 5. The provision of new externally mounted retractable shop awnings to front elevation 6. To carry out all enabling and site development works. 7. Site vehicular access is proposed via existing common entrance yard. Planning permission is being sought by Grown In a Garden Ltd. to carry out work at ‘The Barracks’, Killaghy Street, Mullinahone, Co. Tipperary, E41 F2C3, which is a protected structure (NIAH reference- 22106002, record of protected structures -TRPS1613)
