the changes to site boundaries, retention permission to retain steel shed on concrete slab, retention permission to retain demolition of small stone shed at rear of dwelling and retention permission to retain one extra roof light at rear of the dwelling, and retention permission to retain concrete pumping chamber and puraflo system, and retention permission to retain location of septic tank, concrete pumping chamber and puraflo system and PERMISSION to upgrade the existing onsite SR6 approved concrete septic tank to a BAF waste water treatment unit and permission to upgrade the existing puraflo system with onsite tertiary module and percolation area and associated site works
