Project scope

1) the construction of a new percolation area to service the existing septic tank system. RETENTION PERMISSION for 2) the existing septic tank, 3) domestic extensions to the rear of the existing dwelling house, and to the side of the dwelling house to link an outhouse to the dwelling house, 4) the conversion/change of use of the outhouse to living accommodation associated with the dwelling house, 5) an extension to the outhouse now converted to living accommodation associated with the dwelling house, 6) the construction of additional windows to the original dwelling house, and including all associated site development works
