reduction of retail area at ground floor, change of use of part of retail and storage area (previously known as The White Swan Launderette) to proposed residential - 5 apartments in total, 2 two bed and 3 one bed units, proposed modifications to shop front with the provision of a new entrance for access to central courtyard and external stairways, a four storey extension to the rear of main building, demolition of single and two storey structures to rear with the construction of a three storey mews building, the widening of rear access gate, bin and bicycle storage, private open space terraces, adjustments to windows and door opes, all associated internal modifications and site works
