Project scope

development consisting of: 1) the indefinite retention of the existing kitchen and associated storage as exists, in lieu of the erection of the permitted kitchen and stores under Planning Permission no. 2360387, 2) the indefinite retention of the indoor bar/barbeque area and associated lean-to toilets as exists, in lieu of the permitted upgrading under Planning Permission no. 2360387, 3) all associated ancillary works for 1 & 2 above, 4) the indefinite retention of revised elevational treatment of glazed link to wedding venue previously approved under Planning Permission no. 2360387, 5) seasonal PERMISSION for the erection of a tent structure on the front lawn from March to October inclusive, every year, 6) PERMISSION to render the west gable of cookery school. The developments occur within the curtilage of and are part of a protected structure, RPS reference S456. There are three recorded monuments within the grounds: TN016-001001 - Tower House, TN016-001002 - Enclosure, TN016-001003 - 17th Century House
