Project scope

development consisting of: a) demolition of warehouse building of circa 865 sq.m., b) construction of 4 no. new retail warehouse units with associated yards comprising of unit 3 (floor area circa 790 sq.m.), unit 6 (floor area circa 2,785 sq.m. including mezzanine), unit 7 (floor area circa 926 sq.m.) & unit 8 (floor area circa 4,010 sq.m.) as well as 1 no. hospitality unit comprising unit 9 (floor area circa 330 sq.m.), c) elevational changes to unit 2, d) site development works including partial reconfiguration and extension of existing car parking to provide 82 new parking spaces, bicycle parking, continuation of existing service road to extend to South, West and North of proposed units, site lighting, signage, hand and soft landscaping and all associated site works
