The increase in floor area will accommodate an additional 1 no. bedroom with ensuite, plant room and sluice room to an extension of Sacré Coeur Nursing Home. PERMISSION is also being sought to complete all outstanding works to previously granted planning permission no. 2560346, including all ancillary site works above and below ground
