Residential planning project

Project scope

1) the construction of a detached single storey dwelling and a detached single storey domestic garage, 2) the installation of a certified wastewater treatment system and a percolation area, to all appropriate standards, 3) a number of soakpits will be constructed on the site for drainage purposes and also, a new connection will be formed into the Irish Water network/public water main, 4) the construction of a site entrance, driveway, parking areas, footpaths, patio and hard landscaping areas, 5) the landscaping of the site consisting of new lawn areas, planting beds, trees and shrubbery, hedging, fencing and all associated site works
