Project scope

construction of 2 storey detached house with attached garage and attic accommodation above garage located on the east elevation, a single-storey extension with sunroom to the west elevation , proposed porch to the north elevation, the proposed skylights to the west elevation, proposed timber post and rail fencing along site boundaries, proposed wastewater treatment system, construction of a masonry boundary wall and installation of metal gates at the proposed site access, provision of a new driveway to access the garage and all associated site works
