Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

1) new single storey ground floor utility/boot room extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, 2) to fit out existing first floor open space to form 3 no bedrooms, 2 no shower rooms and storage room, 3) to form new first floor window openings in south, east and north elevations, together with 2 no dormer windows and 1 no roof window all in the rear slope, 4) the installation of new secondary treatment system and polishing filter to the front of the dwelling, and decommissioning existing system to the rear, 5) RETENTION PERMISSION for single storey living area extension to the rear of the existing dwelling
