Project scope

development consisting of the extension of a concrete yard, alterations to building wall details, alterations to boundary treatments (including fencing) and landscaping (all comprising revisions to the development previously permitted under planning permission reference 0994). Permission is sought for development comprising a change of use and operation of the building from an ancillary warehouse / light industrial building to an independent warehouse/ light industrial building separate to the neighbouring warehouse / light industrial building; an extension of its operating hours (both of which comprise amendments to the operation / use of the development as previously permitted and conditioned under planning permission reference 20859, 0994 and 06297); and associated site development works
