Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

1) extensions to the original dwelling house and including material alterations to the original dwelling house, 2) existing foundations and rising blockwork walls as constructed, to facilitate a future extension, 3) a pergola, 4) a children's playhouse and PLANNING PERMISSION for 5) the completion of an extension to the dwelling house which will be constructed upon the foundations and rising blockwork walls which are the subject of item no. 2 of retention permission portion of this application, 6) the construction of an additional domestic extension to the dwelling house and including all associated site development works
