(1) Retention of alterations to site boundaries, additional hard surface area (3850m2), retention of security fencing along boundaries for storage purposes associated with existing business. (2) Retention of office building (112m2 floor area) constructed on site with associated works. (3) Retention of location of storage as built which differs slightly from that permitted under Planning Permission PL 21/2 (4) Planning Permission to construct extension to existing storage to provide additional storage space ancillary to the existing business with all associated site works at unit 10, Block B, Dublin Road Business Park, Old Dublin Road, Carrowgobbodagh, Co. Sligo
