Project scope

The development will consist of: Construction of 3No. new dwelling houses and all associated works which will include: 1.) House 1: Detached single storey plus dormer level dwelling house with storage shed; 2.) House 2: Detached single storey plus dormer level dwelling house with storage shed; 3.) House 3: Detached single storey plus dormer level dwelling house with storage shed; & 4.) the construction of new vehicular entrances to each house from the existing access road to the west of the site and all associated site works and service connections. This planning application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS).
