Project scope

1) Construct a lean-to glazed annex to the rear, 2) Construct a glazed conservatory to the northwest elevation, 3) Construct a first-floor extension to the northeast elevation, 4) Install a new pitched roof onto the existing single story flat roof extension on the northeast elevation, 5) Install a new door and window in lieu of an existing window on the south elevation, 6) Remove bedroom to extend existing W.C. on the first floor 7) Install new packaged intermittent filter modules and infiltration area and connect to existing septic tank and, 8) Carry out all ancillary site works
