Project scope

Retention of the following: Construction of 2nr additional dormer windows on the rear (northern elevation). Omission of 1nr original dormer window and replacement with a roof window in-lieu on the rear (northern elevation). Alterations to fenestrations on sides and rear elevations as constructed, Alteration to front porch roof from hip to ‘A’ roof design. Alteration of hip on rear roof to ‘A’ roof design. Addition of 2nr roof windows on the eastern & western roof planes of rear roof structure serving stairwell / landing area. Extension to the rear of the existing kitchen which includes a new link corridor to existing hallway and the erection of a new rear porch entrance at the basement level (northern elevation) & Planning Permission for the following:To construct of a new on-site PET system with percolation area to replace the existing FW discharge system. Reconnection to existing site services & All associated site development works deemed necessary
