retention of renovations and repair works carried out to existing derelict dwelling including new roof, installation of windows and doors, rendering and other associated works to make the dwelling habitable. Permission for retention of extension constructed to rear of dwelling house with alterations to elevations and all associated works. Permission for retention of alterations to existing barn on site including alterations to elevations, construction of new roof, alterations to external stone steps and associated works. Permission for Retention of reconstruction and re-roofing of existing detached shed/store on site. Permission for retention of detached shed and domestic store constructed to rear of site and all associated works
