Project scope

proposal consisting of a new residential development that includes 51 new dwelling units, comprising of 8 no. 4 bedroom houses, 26 no. 3 bedroom houses, 9 no. 2 bedroom houses, 4 no. 2 bedroom apartments, 4 no. 1 bedroom apartments, associated private, communal and public open spaces, signage, the demolition of an existing shed remnants, works to site boundaries, the creation of new pedestrian link and access road, associated car and bicycle parking, service connections and all other associated site works and services. A Natural Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development and accompanies this application
