Residential planning project

Project scope

a) the construction of 33 no. residential units comprising of 2 no. 1 Beds, 8 no. 2 Beds, 13 no. 3 Beds, 1no. 4 Bed & 9 no. 5 Beds, b) new vehicular entrance, boundaries and the construction of a new section of footpath along the Southern boundary, c) connection to all existing services & public sewers including Sustainable urban Drainage Systems, d) LED street lighting on 6m root mounted columns, e) supporting development works including associated car parking together with all associated site works & services, at Burmah Road, Strandhill, Co. Sligo in the townland of Killaspugbrone. Note a Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with this application.
