Repairs to concrete barges and rethatch the ridge of the roof and repair the timber sash windows on the roadside elevation. Provide new window in east gable and new glazed doors in west gable. Replace existing septic tank with sewage treatment plant and all necessary tertiary treatment and all necessary site works
