Project scope

We, EMINENCE HOMES LTD., intend to apply for planning permission at CAIRNS ROAD, CORNAGEEHA TOWNLAND, SLIGO, COUNTY SLIGO. The proposal will consist of a new residential development that includes 51 new dwelling units, comprising of 8 no. 4 bedroom houses, 26 no. 3 bedroom houses, 9 no. 2 bedroom houses, 4 No. 2 bedroom apartments, 4 No. 1 bedroom apartments, associated private, communal and public open space, signage, works to site boundaries, creation of new pedestrian link and access road, associated car and bicycle parking, service connections and all other associated site works and services.
