Project scope

(a) make alterations to existing house (b) construction of both single and two storey extension(s) to existing dwelling together with all ancillary site works and services, (c) retention of existing pre-fabricated steel shed (1 of), (d) retention of existing pre-fabricated steel shed to be used for the duration of the above mentioned developments construction works (1 of), (e) removal of shipping container (1 of) and small shed (1 of) for development at this site. the development will consist of a four bedroom two storey dwelling house with all associated site works
