1. Retention permission for the existing ground floor farm store with a 1st floor separate residential unit along with permission to install a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area. 2. Demolition of the existing front porch, rear annex, and rear open shed attached to the two-storey dwelling house located to the front of the site along the main road. 3. Construction of a new front porch and a new two-storey rear extension, together with all associated and ancillary works to the existing two-storey dwelling house to the front of the site. 4. Decommissioning and removal of the existing septic tank and percolation area, and installation of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area to service the existing pre 1829 front two storey and rear stone cottage
