Demolition and redevelopment

Project scope

(1) to construct a new two storey building, turnstiles and plaza along Church Hill Road, and (2) to make amendments to previously granted planning permission PL22/400 for development. The new development will consist of the demolition of existing turnstiles and adjoining building, the construction of a two-storey structure (circa 1,230sqm) comprising offices and club facilities, the provision of a single storey turnstile structure and a public plaza at the Stadium Entrance off Church Hill Road. The proposed amendments to previous permission PL22/400 consist of (1) Layout changes and revised elevations to the new Church Hill Road Spectator Stand, (2) Layout changes and revised elevations to the new Jinks Avenue Spectator Stand, (3) Omission of the previously proposed roof to the Railway End Stand, and (4) Layout changes to the existing Treacy Avenue Stand. The development will also consist of the reconfiguration of existing carparking and the relocation of pedestrian access gate, together with minor associated amendments to site works, services, signage, bicycle parking, and the provision of flagpoles and pitch side LED boards and screens
