Project scope

Planning Permission for (1) construct extension to existing nursing home comprising bedrooms, bathrooms, ancillary rooms and circulation, area 319.55 sq. m., (2) alterations to part of existing nursing home to include relocation / removal / enlargement of windows as external works (3) retention and completion of boundary wall including closing up of one entrance onto Mountain Road (4) construct extension to existing detached building on-site of 47 sq. m. comprising office and store to replace temporary structures on site (5) retention of 2 number temporary structures to rear of building as in office portacabin of 26.88 sq. m. and storage portacabin of 20.5 sq. m. (6) permission to continue use of temporary structures described at Item 5 above for a period up to the construction of the replacement permanent structure described in Item 4 above, all together with site parking, circulation and landscaping and all ancillary site works and services in accordance with documents lodged at the above address.
