Project scope

(1) Extension and change of use from existing light industrial (timber storage warehouse) to recreational facility including provision of new changing facilities/toilets, storage room, cleaning store, office reception and 7 internal and 3 external padel ball courts. (2) Replace existing building signage to north elevation and provision of signage to west elevation. (3) Reposition the existing builder's yard entrance, including the installation of a new fence within the existing builder's yard. Provide new car parking and cycle spaces including all associated site works
