Project scope

Permission for development at Circular Road, Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo, amending Planning Permission Reference PL 21/263 as previously amended by PL 24/60367 (which includes permission for change of use and amalgamation of existing Unit numbers 5-7 (measuring c. 905 sqm gross floor space) to builders providers and retail warehousing use) as part of a larger licenced Foodstore anchored scheme). The proposed development comprises: 1) The demolition of existing single storey (c. 8m high) building comprising Unit numbers 5-7; 2) The construction of a single storey (c. 8m high) replacement building, for Retail Warehouse (including builders providers) use, measuring c. 919 sqm gross floor space; and, 3) Associated and incidental modifications of site layout above and below ground to accommodate the replacement building and drainage / service / utility connections.
