Project scope

Permission for development which will consist of : a) demolition of 7.38m² ground floor front and rear house porch, b) 146.86m² of ground and 133.67m² of attic floor extension to the north-west and north-east elevation of the existing dwelling house, c) existing house to be retained with internal changes and partial demolition, d) construction of pier gate entrance at the proposed new entrance at the south-east part of site with vehicular access driveway to serve the house site, e) upgrading the existing wastewater treatment system to current EPA Code of Practice with new proprietary septic tank and percolation area with polishing filter, f) and all associated site works at
