Project scope

Permission for the following; (a) demolition of an existing domestic shed (b) internal renovations and elevational changes of an existing dwelling house including raising the roof level, together with the construction of an extension to the side with a first floor and a storey and a half extension to the rear of the existing dwelling (c) the construction of a domestic garage (d) upgrade of the existing wastewater treatment system with the installation of a new sewerage treatment unit and percolation area (e) along with connections to all site services and all other associated site works at
