Project scope

Permission and Retention Permission: 1.To refurbish existing house to include alterations to elevations including removal of existing dormer windows and first floor, to restore house to its original bungalow form; 2. To demolish existing rear extension and front porch; 3. To construct new rear and side extension to the house; 4. To install an upgraded wastewater treatment system and percolation area; 5. To replace the front boundary wall with post and rail fence between existing piers, extended to the east with matching new piers; 6. To retain the existing domestic steel shed; 7. To retain the temporary existing mobile home structure for a period not exceeding 18 months to provide owners living accommodation during construction works, and to carry out all ancillary site development works at
