Permission for the proposed partial redesign of a previously permitted residential development granted full planning permission under Planning Reference Number PD/24/60251 whereby it is now proposed to replace the originally permitted 4 No. detached single storey type dwelling houses with 10 No. three bedroom two storey semi-detached type dwelling houses which will be serviced by the originally permitted entrance, access road, services & green open space all of which were previously granted full planning permission under Planning Reference Number PD/24/60251 & subsequently granted planning permission by An Coimisiún Pleanála under Reference Number ACP-322849-25 and all ancillary site development works at
