Permission for the following: (a) the construction of a new site entrance (b) extension to the existing car and HGV parking areas (c) the relocation of the existing HGV fuel pump and Ad-blue tank/pump (d) the relocation of the existing car vacuum, air and water unit together with car wash (e) the construction of a deposit return scheme structure (f) new totem sign (g) along with all associated site works including footpaths, access roads, boundary treatments, public lighting, ducting for utilities, connections to existing surface water drainage, signage and all other ancillary site works at
