Project scope

• Staff WC located on the ground floor under the stairs. • Rear ground floor flat roof extension comprising of kitchen, dry store, cold store and staff locker room. • First floor rear extension comprising of kitchen and dining • Exterior alterations to the second floor comprising of no. 2 windows on the rear elevation and all associated site works at the above address. Permission is also sought for the change of Second Schedule, Condition no. 2, for the restaurant with ancillary takeaway to operate from Sunday to Thursday between 12.00hr and 00.00hr and from Friday to Saturday to operate between 12.00hr and 01.00hr
