the construction of a new MMC Training Building comprising of a single-storey training workshop, a two storey classroom block with ancillary accommodation with a three storey lift core, roof-mounted PV panels and plant area with connections to existing services including foul, watermain and surface water drainage services, modification of existing footpaths and roads, new footpaths and roads, paving, parking, service yard, boundary treatments, and all associated site works to complete the development
