Residential development consisting of 18no. units as follows: (A) Unit L1 consisting of 6no. 3 bedroom 2 storey terrace houses in a single streetscape block. (B) Unit L2 consisting of 6no. 3 bedroom 2 storey terrace houses. (C) Unit L3 consisting of 2no. 3 bedroom 2 storey semi detached houses (D) Unit L4 consisting of 4no. Units – 2no. 2 bedroom houses and 2no. 3 bedroom houses, 2 storey, terraced block in a single streetscape building (E) Connection to mains sewer, landscaping, boundary walls, bin / bike storage, car parking and all associated site development works. (F) Demolition of existing 2 storey house
