Project scope

1. New internal alterations of the existing dwelling 2. Construction of a single-storey contemporary extension to the rear and each side of the house, for all other accommodation. 3. Installation of a new wastewater treatment system with soil polishing filter 4. All associated site development works including all other drainage, landscaping and boundary treatments. 5. Retention permission for a previously constructed 40m² single-storey side and rear domestic extension that was originally considered exempt development.
