Project scope

1/ The proposed subdivision of the existing site into two sites: Site No. 1 to contain the existing dwelling house, septic tank, percolation area, and existing entrance. 2/ Site No. 2 to contain the proposed construction of a new dwelling house, new site entrance, and new wastewater treatment system and percolation area together with all associated and ancillary site works. 3/ Proposed amendments to the front boundary wall and entrance of the adjoining dwelling immediately to the south-west of the proposed development to achieve sightline visibility splays and all ancillary site works
