Project scope

Permission for Retention of amendments to the western and northern elevations of the building permitted pursuant to permission granted under An Bord Pleanála Ref. PL19.238420 (OCC Reg. Ref. PL10/307) (the “Planning Permission”) at Derryclure, Tullamore, County Offaly. Permission for retention is sought for amendments comprising: the omission of a roller door on the northern elevation and its replacement with cladding over an area of 20 sq m; omission of a permitted door on the northern elevation and its replacement with cladding over an area of 2 sq m; omission of curtain wall glazing on the northern elevation over an area of 75 sq m and its replacement with cladding; omission of louvres on the western elevation over an area of 400 sq m and replacement with cladding completed after the expiry of the Planning Permission; and a change to the permitted colour of cladding on the western elevation over an area of 150 sq m.
