Project scope

the construction of 4 no. one-bed apartments arranged as 2 no. semi-detached, 2-storey maisonettes and 3 no. three-bed 2-storey, terraced dwelling houses all with associated car parking, bicycle parking, bin storage, boundary treatments, private amenity spaces, renewable energy measures, site works and connections to public services. The proposed car parking will require the re-routing of the existing pedestrian footpath to the western site boundary. The development will also include the provision of a publicly accessible, landscaped seating area to the southern end of the site.
