(A) Planning Permission for 20 no. houses in Phase 1 of proposed housing development consisting of (i) Type A - 2 no. detached 3-bedroom single storey type houses (ii) Type B - 3 no. detached 3-bedroom single storey type houses (iii) Type D - 3 no. detached 3-bedroom dormer type houses (iv) Type E(5) - 4 no. semi-detached 4-bedroom two storey type houses (v) Type E(3) - 1 no. semi-detached 4-bedroom two storey type house (vi) Type E1 – 1 no. semi-detached dual aspect 4-bedroom two-storey type house. (vii) Type F – 1 no. semi-detached 3-bedroom two storey type house (viii) Type F1 – 1 no. semi-detached dual aspect 3-bedroom two storey type house (ix) Type G - 4 no. semi-detached 2-bedroom two storey type house. (B) Planning permission for pedestrian access to the adjoining community playground and onto the public footpath. (C) Planning permission for foul and surface water drainage works and all associated ancillary siteworks to facilitate this development
