the amendment to the development previously approved under planning Ref: 23/60196 by a) omitting 4 previously approved No. Lean-to Type Houses (Previous Ref: E 1-4), and replacing with 3 No. Portal Frame type houses (Ref: E1-3), and, b) providing for an alteration to the previously approved stock numbers on the pig farm, resulting in an increase in breeding stock and a reduction in production pigs, at Roundhill and Derry Upper, Kilcormac, Co. Offaly. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and Natura Impact Statement (NIS) relating to this proposed development will be submitted with this planning application
