Project scope

Construction of a two-storey construction company headquarters building. The proposed development includes: a) Administration, meeting rooms, workstations, storage and welfare facilities. b) An entrance canopy to the front. c) A detached single storey storage shed to the rear. d) A 45 space car park with 3 Sheffield bike parking stands (6 bikes) to the front of the site. e) Secure yard to the rear for the storage of materials and plant. f) New vehicular entrance gate, signage and fencing to the north and south boundaries of the site. g) All associated landscaping, drainage and site development works.
