Project scope

1. Removal of existing container unit number 1 from North of the site and replace by 2 No. units – new innovation suite and store prefabricated building of 68m2 & welfare unit of 11m2 2. Relocation of existing 3No. container units (2,3 & 4) further to the southwest of the site and erect 2 new units - a new bio refinery prefabricated building of 36m2 and new living laboratory prefabricated building of 36m2 buildings in its place. 3. Additionally, construction of four 6m high poles for internet access points, new entrance gates, fencing and signage and new secure compound with fence and gates together with all associated site works.
