permission for a proposed development consisting of the construction of 49 no. dwellings comprising of the following: • 3 No. two-storey 3-bed detached, • 3 No. two-storey 4-bed detached, • 3 No. two and a half storey 5-bed detached,• 16 No. two-storey 4-bed semi-detached, • 20 No. two-storey 3-bed semi-detached, • 2 No. Single-storey 2-bed semi-detached, • 2 No. one & a half-storey 3-bed semi-detached, works also include the extension of the existing residential development comprising an internal road network, new pedestrian footpaths, connections to mains services including potable water, foul sewer and stormwater drainage, a new playground, associated open space, landscaping & boundary treatments together with all associated site works
