Project scope

permission for the construction of 46no. dwellings comprising: •24 no. two-storey, three-bedroom semi-detached dwellings, •5 no. two-storey, three-bedroom detached dwellings, •2 no. one-and-a-half-storey, three-bedroom detached dwellings, and •15 no. two-storey, four-bedroom detached dwellings. The development will also include a new vehicular entrance onto the public road, new pedestrian footpath, connections to existing services including mains water, foul and surface water drainage, public open space, landscaping, boundary treatments, and all associated site development works
