Project scope

permission for development consisting of the following: - 1. Full restoration of the 1930’s original glazed walkway known as the Arcade, built at the same time of a school building to connect to the main former convent structure. 2. Full restoration including thermal upgrades to the 1959 glazed walkway constructed at the same time as the Concert Hall to connect all areas of the convent / school. Proposed works include the replacement of the patent aluminium glazing bars and laminated glass roof with a natural slated roof. This application relates to a protected structure and is adjacent to other protected structures
