retention permission and permission for the residential development as under construction pursuant to permission 19441 (as extended under 25/9002) and as amended under permission 25/60317 Retention Permission is sought for the following works: •Works for plot units 24-27 inclusive to include for retention of works to subfloor level as constructed. Permission is sought for the following works: •A revised unit mix for units 1-27 to provide for a total of 8 no. 2bed and 19 no. 3bed dwellings (change of house types from units as granted); •Associated reconfiguration of curtilage works associated with units 1-27 inclusive; •Amendments to façade and design of units 1-27; •Associated amendments to site landscaping and ancillary works within the site
