permission for the development will consist of the construction of 1 No. Two storey dwelling, 1 No. detached single storey domestic garage, provision of a new effluent treatment system with associated percolation area, formation of a new access onto an existing private laneway, improvement of the existing site entrance onto the public road, together with all associated site development works. The application includes the provision of a mobile home to be used as living accommodation on a temporary basis
