Project scope

permission for alterations to three existing classrooms and a resource room to form three special education needs classrooms with external exit doors, alterations to one existing classroom to form a multi sensory room and office with staff toilets, the construction of a two storey extension at the rear of the south west facing school building and bounded by the north west facing school building to provide four classrooms to include alterations to existing school building to provide access, alterations and extension to existing resource room at first floor level, alterations to existing ground floor corridor and storage and an extension to the existing ground floor boiler house, alterations to part of the boundary wall and the gate of the adjacent 'Open eir' property to the east of the school to include realignment and extension to the existing footpath and all associated site works to include alterations to existing car parking facilities
